The HR & Office Administrator plays a key role in supporting the company’s people operations and ensuring a smooth, efficient, and collaborative workplace.
This role combines junior-level HR support (recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and engagement) with office management duties (administration, logistics, and workspace coordination) in a dynamic tech environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment.
- Prepare and maintain employee files, contracts, and HR databases.
- Track attendance, leave, and performance documentation.
- Help organize employee engagement programs, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company HR policies and labor laws.
- Support payroll preparation and benefits administration
- Oversee day-to-day office operations: supplies, equipment, utilities, and workspace organization.
- Manage office assets, maintenance, and vendor/service provider relationships.
Must Have
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with ERP/HRIS tools
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
- Experience in Odoo
- Additional languages
- Google Adwords experience
- Strong analytical skills
