Responsibilities

Provide functional and user support

Gather, analyze, and document client requirements, ensuring accurate functional specifications

Coordinate with the technical/development team to communicate requirements and validate solutions

Monitor system usage, identify recurring issues, and suggest process or system improvements

Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of support tickets and maintain SLA commitments.
Must Have

Strong knowledge of ERP System

Ability to analyze business requirements and map them

Good understanding of functional workflows and data relationships

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Nice to have

knowledge of Odoo functional modules

Basic understanding of Odoo technical concepts

Background in accounting or finance
