Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis efforts to understand client requirements, processes, and challenges
- Configure and customize Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, etc.) to align with client needs
- Oversee data migration, ensuring accuracy and integrity during the transition process
- Conduct functional testing to validate configurations and ensure quality standards are met
- Provide expert user training, documentation, and ongoing support for successful system adoption
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Odoo ERP implementation and business process analysis
- Strong expertise in Odoo functional modules, workflows, and configurations
- Experience in leading Odoo ERP projects from analysis to implementation
- Proven ability to train and support end-users effectively
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Nice to have
- Odoo certification or advanced training in Odoo functional consulting
- Hands-on experience with Odoo Studio for UI customization
- Knowledge of Python or Odoo development for minor customizations
- Experience working in manufacturing, retail, or service industries using Odoo
- Understanding of data migration tools and techniques
- Previous experience mentoring or managing junior consultants
